Unfortunately, my experience with this product is not good. I was really looking forward to the mask because my hair needs better care after lightening. But this mask was a big disappointment. My hair is hard to comb after using it, I don't feel any extra nourishment, my hair is not pretty at all and it is quite electrifying. I'm sorry because for the price I was expecting a wow effect, which I didn't get.

Hello, thank you for the review. What you are describing is deep hair damage due to careless lightening. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the function of the product. The mask also includes a shampoo and conditioner that prepares the hair. If the hair is as severely damaged as you describe, no home product can fix this.
