    3. RETURN OF GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS

    As a consumer, you have the legal right to return purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason (to withdraw from the purchase contract). If you purchase goods as a company or sole proprietor (i.e. your tax ID is on the tax document), you do not have the right to withdraw.

    Return period

    • It lasts 14 calendar days and begins on the following calendar day after receipt of the goods.
    • The decisive factor for its compliance is when we receive the withdrawal from the contract.
    • The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice.

    How to proceed

    • First, send us information about your withdrawal from the contract by email and attach the invoice/receipt. A scanned copy will suffice.
    • Return the goods to their original condition to avoid a possible reasonable reduction in the refunded amount for the costs incurred in returning the goods to their original condition.
    • We would prefer if you send the goods including the original packaging and filling. Although the packaging is not the subject of the purchase or part of the purchased item, we are nevertheless entitled to reimbursement of the actual costs incurred in returning the goods. We assess these costs individually and as such they may then be charged to you and offset against the amount for the returned goods.

    Refund

    • It will take place no later than 14 days from the delivery of the returned goods, in the same way we received payment from you, or to your bank account.
    • We will refund your money, including the costs of delivering the goods, corresponding to the cheapest delivery method offered by the carrier (even if you have chosen a method other than the cheapest).

    4. WARRANTY

    As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty by law. If you purchase the goods as a company or sole proprietor (i.e. your ID number is on the tax document), the warranty only applies to you for 1 year.

    The warranty period runs from the date of receipt of the goods. Any complaints about the goods are not included in the warranty period until the time when the buyer is obliged to take over the goods after the warranty repair is completed.

    If, during a complaint, the goods are replaced with new ones or a part for which a warranty is provided is replaced, the warranty period starts again from the beginning on the date of receipt.

    The above cannot be applied to free gifts.

    Deadline for processing your complaint

    • If you are a consumer, the complaint will be processed within 14 days.
    • If you are a company or entrepreneur (you do business with us under the Commercial Code), there is no statutory deadline, but even in this case we try to handle the complaint as soon as possible.

    If the goods are damaged

    • Please inspect the package carefully when you receive it from the carrier. Do not accept any package that shows signs of damage or opening.

    No consumer rights can be applied to gifts that are provided free of charge. Such goods meet the conditions of the Gift Agreement and all standards under the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic.
